A brilliant, transparent, crystalline gin with a clean nose with hints of juniper, black pepper, chamomile, honey and legumes.  This locally handcrafted small batch gin sports a fresh, natural and revitalizing aroma on the nose with a prominent juniper backbone that is flanked by nuances of honey and chamomile. A very low alcohol warmth is perceived leaving a very inviting first impression.  

How to serve: 
Add lots of ice in a large copa shaped glass. Add 50ml Knorhoek Platinum Clear Gin topped with a good quality Indian Tonic. Garnish with freshly cut lemon and garden mint. Other garnish options include thyme, rosemary, basil or curry leaves. For show-stopper cocktails, use fresh tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit or citrus fruits such as grapefruit and orange.
