How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 5 to 7 days to manufacture, depending on the item purchased.
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 days.  

How long does shipping usually take?

Delivery in the Cape Town area is around one day from courier collection and elsewhere in South Africa can take up to 3 working days. 

Outlying areas can take longer but may be more expensive. We can consider the closest Postnet or PEP store for rural requests. 

Urgent orders can be sent via overnight shipping at an additional rate. Please speak to us if this is something you require.

What if I am buying a gift for a friend or family member?

If your purchase is a gift, please do let us know, so that we do not send an invoice with the item and that we can wrap the item with a personalised message, if you would like this to be done.  Simply leave a comment when placing your order and we will make contact with you to get the details. 

If there is a problem with my order, what can I do?

We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to correct your order.

Generally, if the item is a malfunctioning item, we will replace at no charge. We will arrange collection and redelivery at our cost. Please keep all packaging for collection by our courier.

Custom made items that you are unsatisfied with must be returned to us for inspection before we can agree to offer a replacement.  The return will be at your cost.  If the product is indeed faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will resend the correct item at no additional charge.  

What if my item ordered is out of stock?

We have a few options available should your item be out of stock.  These are:
1. You can wait until the item comes into stock, so that we can fulfil your order.
2. You can choose a replacement item to the same value.  You can pay more in or get a refund if the replacement items' price is different.
3. You can elect a voucher for a future online order. No expiry date applies.
4. If none of the above options are suitable, you can choose a full refund, either via your credit card if it is still possible within the timeframe, or as a direct deposit into an account specified by you. This refund can take up to 3 to 5 business days to reflect depending on the bank/payment gateway.
