Ordinarily, coconut flour is milled from dry coconut meat. This follows the coconut oil extraction which produces coconut oil and the dry coconut meat as by-products.
Our coconut flour is different and unlike most other coconut flours in the market, as it is milled from coconut meat that is full-fat and has not been put through the oil extraction process.
Coconut flour has a mild coconut flavour and is low-carb high-fibre gluten-free, replacement with wheat flours. it is also a great additive to smoothies as a source of low GI and a protein.
