The Foxtrot White is a meld of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Separately fermented in third-fill French oak barrels, the Chardonnay was inoculated with cultured yeast and the Sauvignon Blanc was left to go through wild ferment. Both wines were left to age on the lees for 4 months.
The Chardonnay gives fresh Citrus flavors, a buttery end and weight to the blend. The Sauvignon Blanc brings Tropical Fruit and the freshness of acidity.
The wine is ready to enjoy now, but it will age well for the next 4 to 5 years.
