Coconut Aminos is like a fermented coconut vinegar - a slightly sweet and salty flavoured condiment with hints of chilli, more like a soy sauce than a vinegar. Coconut vinegar and blossom nectar is blended with salt and spices, then fermented and aged.
Use as a salad dressing, in marinades, stir-fries or for browning chicken. Add salt when used as a substitute for soy sauce.
