Gluten-free flour that is also Banting friendly, Macadamia flour is similar to Almond flour and may be used in place of Almond flour for a variety of applications. It has a slightly sweeter taste than almond flour and is a little creamier. Macadamia’s are well know for their many health promoting properties including the fact that they have the highest levels of monounsaturated fats of the oleic acid variety. This is similar to the levels found in olives, which are well known for their varied health benefits.
