This distinctly herbal raw eucalyptus honey was made by the busy bees in the Hout Bay region. It has a slight medicinal scent to it but is not bitter like other honeys known for health properties. It has pleasant hints of tart caramel and cool mint. 

Raw honey sometimes tends to crystalize. Do not be disturbed as this is a natural occurrence and is indicative of honey that has not been irradiated. Simply warm honey to decrystalise.
