Jean Dubost has preserved its traditional cutler skills since 1920 but it has also moved with its times making significant investments each year namely in terms of production equipment. Since 2012, the Jean Dubost company is EPV labelled (Living Heritage Company), thus rewarding its traditional and innovating values and the quality of its manufacturing processes.
