That’s not all that’s stayed the same; our head cook has been creating our jams, preserves, pickles and other products since she did so at the original Old Cape Farm Stall in Constantia all those years ago. And our sun-ripened fruits are still hand-picked and sorted, to ensure only the freshest, finest ingredients go into every jar or bottle.
