Waterkloof Estate is serious when it comes to pure, unadulterated wines and it shows in its Seriously Cool Cinsault, a richly perfumed, elegant red wine to be enjoyed slightly chilled. The Chenin & Cinsault both hail from some of the oldest vineyards (planted in the 1960’s and 70’s) in the cool, coastal Helderberg area. This is not a run-of-the mill commercial wine, it is complex with persistent length and a great finish, hence they have used ‘seriously’ to imply just that. This wine really is seriously cool!
