The Foxtrot Red is a wondefully light blend of  Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsaut, Shiraz & Grenache Noir. The wines were left on the skins till the end of fermentation, then lightly pressed and transferred to third-fill French oak barrels.  Aged for 6 months.

The Cabernet Sauvignon gives dark fruit and structure through tannin and the Cinsaut brings spice and floral notes. The Grenache and Shiraz add an extra layer of complexity and it gives the wine a silky mouthfeel with a long end.
