The Küchenprofi Salt Block is a unique new way to braai meat, fish or vegetables. Place the salt slab on the cold grate and allow to heat slowly. As soon as the temperature is approx. 275°C, the salt slab is ready for use. Meat, except poultry, does not require additional grease. Spread fish, chicken or vegetables with some olive oil. Once the food is cooked, you can take it off the salt slab or serve the food directly on the salt slab. Attention: The salt slab is extremely hot and releases the heat only slowly. Use adequate heat-resistant gloves as well as coasters.
You can also cool the salt slab in the refrigerator to serve sushi or cold appetizers.
Tips and tricks:
No additional seasoning is needed. Thanks to the salt slab, the food to be cooked gets a uniform aroma and an even spiciness
