The Reserve range is a selection of the best wines produced for every vintage.  Wild fermented Swartland Syrah with other blending components are aged in large, older French oak Foudres, to preserve the purity of Swartland fruit while showcasing the layered complexity and fine structure of this Châteauneuf-du-Pape style win.

A retrained, fresh style offering with aromas of yellow apple, stone fruit and a hint of grapefruit. The palate is light and crisp with a bright minerality that carries.
