A carefully selected blend of three white Rhone varietals of Roussanne for elegance, Viognier adding aromatics & Clairette Blanche for fruit-driven flavours. Fermented in old French oak barrels, with spontaneous fermentation before inoculation. Great food companion for spicy Asian and fuller, creamier dishes. Best enjoyed at warmer temperatures for white wine – between 12 -14 degrees
