A selection of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Stellenbosch region and Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the Hemel and Aarde Valley. The name is derived from the Stellenbosch origin of the Cabernet Sauvignon.

A complex wine reflecting voluptuous dark berries and a hint of tobacco leaves on the background.  The ideal companion to most red meats and strong matured cheese.
