Organic cold-pressed, premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Somerset West region of the Western Cape. This is a superb quality olive oil with strong fruity undertones iseal for use raw in salads, drizzled over sandwiches or roasted vegetables.
The blend is made up of three different culitvars of olives, namely Leccino (40%), Frantoio (40%), Mission (20%). In the context of olives, "organic" means that the olive trees and fruit have not been treated by herbicides and chemical fertilisers. Harvested in the traditional way and cold-pressed means you get a fantastic olive oil that is not only healthy but very tasty.
